Christian Osgood

Chief Executive Officer

Christian is the Founder and CEO of Brazos Asset Management, and also owns hundreds of multifamily units across Texas and Washington State. After moving to Texas from Seattle, he found a major problem with property management in many of the markets he invested in — Abilene, Stephenville, Longview, Waco, and more. Brazos was founded around the idea that you cannot run an A team without A players, and our mission will always be to acquire and support the top property management staff and talent to provide unprecedented service in every market and every property we serve.

Kory Wittenbarger

Chief Administrative Officer

Kory was the director of property management for Multifamily Property Management LLC in Washington State. When the decision was made to found management in Texas, Kory made the move down to DFW and helped co-found the company. She heads up all manager training, maintains compliance, and lives in our PM software making sure all KPI’s are met across all portfolios we manage.

Caleb Hommel

Chief Technology Officer

Caleb is a co-founder of Brazos Asset Management and a phenomenal investor in his own right, having amassed his own multi-hundred unit portfolio. He heads up our technology and AI integration, and oversees several of our marketing and expansion efforts. While much of his work is behind the scenes, his efforts are what set us miles ahead of any other property management company in Texas.

Drew Hobscheid

Maintenance Director

Drew is an impressive investor in his own right, having participated in hundreds of rental units as an owner, and started his professional career managing at Home Depot. Not only is he a wizard at sourcing materials and labor, he also forms lasting vendor relationships that have allowed us to outcompete just about anyone on pricing on the many renovation and capex projects we oversee.
